General Terms of Sale – Promotional Events

These Terms and Conditions apply to all promotional sales, discounts, and offers (“Promotions”) run by The London Brow Company Limited on www.londonbrowpro.com (the “Website”). By participating in any Promotion, you agree to the following:

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Unless otherwise stated, all sale and promotional items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Standard returns policies apply only to non-sale items purchased outside of Promotions.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • During Promotions, order processing and shipping times may be longer than usual due to high volumes.

  • Express or guaranteed next-day services may be unavailable during busy promotional periods.

  • Shipping charges apply as displayed at checkout. Free shipping offers may be suspended during selected Promotion Periods.

7. Modifications & Cancellations

    • Exclude certain products or categories from Promotions.

    • Cancel any order that violates these Terms, including attempted misuse of discount stacking.
