Please double-check your delivery address before placing an order, as we cannot make changes or cancel orders once confirmed. Since we use shipping partners to ensure fast delivery, orders are processed, picked, and packed within 5 minutes. After confirmation, no modifications to your order or address are possible, so it’s your responsibility to ensure all details and items are correct.

Pre-orders:
If your order includes a pre-order item, all items will be held until the pre-order is available for dispatch. Ensure everything is accurate before submitting your order, as no changes can be made after confirmation.

Both services are fully tracked, and tracking details will be emailed once your order ships. Shipping costs with DHL may vary depending on your location. All shipping, taxes, and duties are the customer’s responsibility.

Worldwide Shipping:

Worldwide shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shipped via DHL Express. For remote locations, additional shipping fees may apply. We’ll notify you of any adjustments. You may choose to pay the additional charge, alter shipping methods, or cancel your order.

International delivery times are typically 3-5 working days, but customs inspections may cause delays. You are responsible for paying any customs fees, taxes, or duties. If these charges aren’t paid, or if delivery is refused, you will be liable for return shipping costs.


Returns Policy

We take pride in our products, but if an item is damaged or needs returning, start the process within 14 days of receiving your order by completing our returns form.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and unused.

FAQs:

  • When will my order arrive?
    Orders placed before 1 pm GMT Monday-Thursday will be dispatched the same day (where possible). Orders after 1 pm or on Fridays may ship the following working day. Please note, we do not dispatch on weekends. Orders placed after 1 pm Friday may arrive the following week.

  • What time do I need to place my order for Next Day Delivery?
    Next Day Delivery (Tracked 24) must be placed by 1 pm Monday-Thursday. Orders on Friday require the Saturday delivery option for next-day weekend service. DHL does not deliver on weekends.

  • Can I track my order?
    Yes! You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. UK customers will get delivery window notifications from Royal Mail, while international customers will get updates from DHL.

  • Who pays customs charges and taxes?
    Customs and import duties are set by your country and must be paid by you upon delivery. These charges are not covered by The London Brow Company, and refusal to pay may result in your parcel being abandoned or returned, for which we are not responsible however you will still be charged for.

  • What happens if my parcel doesn’t arrive?
    If your parcel is lost or stolen, please contact us for assistance in tracking it. However, we are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered or left in a safe place or stolen after they are confirmed as delivered.

  • What happens if my parcel arrives damaged?
    If your items arrive damaged, please fill out a returns form within 14 days for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged in transit.
  • Use a trackable and insured service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
